Due to the development of globalization, transnational activities are more frequent and evaluations current accessibility basis for improvements. Accessibility evaluation indices generally contain two parts: travel time probability. However, complex processes involve multimodal transport system, including air land networks, which makes calculation these difficult because large quantities fundamental data, in addition suitable models, needed. In this study, residential areas were set as basic unit fine-scale whole-process analysis. Then, multiple web-sourced platforms introduced acquire between each pair areas. The temporal-range radiation model was applied calculate probability by considering spatial interactions populations. Finally, weighted-average South Asia Southeast (SA&SEA) countries generated represent overall populated area China. results showed that China had better SEA than SA, with high Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia. China, southwest, south, southeast regions larger SA&SEA. Improvements also indicated conjoint analysis airport nodes. proposed framework can help delineate patterns guide enhancements accessibility.
